By submitting an application to Quantum Music Publishing ("QMP," "we," "us," or "our") or by using our services, you ("Member," "Artist," "you") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Private Client Membership Agreement
Important: By applying for membership or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
2.1 Music Distribution
QMP provides digital music distribution services to major streaming platforms including but not limited to Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, YouTube Music, and other digital service providers (DSPs).
2.2 Publishing Services
- Music publishing and rights management
- Royalty collection and distribution
- Copyright registration assistance
- Performance rights management
2.3 Additional Services
- Marketing and promotional support
- Industry networking opportunities
- Educational resources and guidance
- Analytics and reporting
3.1 Eligibility Requirements
Membership is subject to approval and available to:
- Individual artists, singers, composers, and lyricists with established online presence
- Bands and musical groups
- Record labels managing multiple artists
- AI music creators
- Content creators with music-related channels
3.2 Application Process
All applications are subject to review and approval. QMP reserves the right to accept or decline any application at our sole discretion. Providing false or misleading information during the application process may result in immediate rejection or termination of membership.
4.1 Content Requirements
- You must own or have proper licensing for all content submitted
- All music must be original or properly licensed
- Content must not infringe on third-party rights
- You are responsible for obtaining all necessary clearances
4.2 Content Standards
Submitted content must not contain:
- Hate speech, discriminatory, or offensive material
- Copyrighted material without proper authorization
- Content that violates any applicable laws
- Misleading metadata or false artist information
4.3 Accurate Information
Members must provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding their identity, contact details, and music catalog. Any changes must be promptly communicated to QMP.
5.1 Retention of Rights
You retain all ownership rights to your musical compositions and recordings. QMP does not claim ownership of your content.
5.2 License to Distribute
By using our services, you grant QMP a non-exclusive, worldwide license to distribute, market, and promote your music through our network of digital service providers.
5.3 Metadata Rights
QMP may use your music metadata, including artist name, track titles, and promotional materials, for distribution and marketing purposes.
6.1 Fees and Payments
Membership fees and service charges will be clearly communicated during the application process. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
6.2 Royalty Distribution
- Royalties are distributed according to the terms specified in your membership agreement
- Payment schedules and minimum payout thresholds apply
- QMP retains an agreed-upon percentage for services rendered
- Members are responsible for their own tax obligations
6.3 Revenue Reporting
QMP will provide regular reporting on your music's performance and revenue generation through our member portal.
7.1 Termination by Member
Members may terminate their membership with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, QMP will:
- Cease distribution of your content within 60 days
- Provide final royalty payments according to normal schedule
- Transfer any collected but unpaid royalties
7.2 Termination by QMP
QMP may terminate membership for:
- Breach of these Terms and Conditions
- Non-payment of fees
- Fraudulent or misleading information
- Violation of content standards
- Illegal activities
QMP's liability is limited to the fees paid by the Member in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for:
- Loss of revenue due to platform changes or technical issues
- Copyright infringement claims against Member's content
- Third-party platform policies or removals
- Market performance of Member's music
Members agree to indemnify and hold QMP harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Copyright or trademark infringement of Member's content
- Breach of these Terms and Conditions
- Violation of third-party rights
- Legal actions related to Member's content
QMP is committed to protecting Member privacy. Our data collection and usage practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
QMP reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or through the member portal. Continued use of services after notification constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of ITALY. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of MILAN.
